Your account lives in the backtester app: sign in there with the email you registered with. Just got a license key? Activate it below first. You only do that once.

Paste the key from your payment screen or delivery email, plus the address you registered with. We check both and open the backtester, where the key activates on your account.

Trouble logging in?

  • Use your registered email. Sign in and activate with the address you registered and paid with. A key only works for the email it was issued to. If you paid with a different address, email us and we'll re-issue the key.
  • Key format. Keys look like TOMBT-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. A stray space or a missing dash breaks the match, so copy the whole thing straight from the payment screen or email.
  • Expired? 7-day trials stop working after seven days, and a monthly or yearly key ends when the paid period does (auto-renewing plans extend it each time they renew). Start a new plan from the backtester page.
  • Activating again is fine. Entering the same key and email again doesn't use it up. It just opens the backtester again.
