Backtester Pro privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect when you register for or pay for Backtester Pro. It adds to the site's Privacy policy. TradeOnMath is operated by Polymaton Private Limited (CIN U62011OD2026PTC055312), 785-5166, Harekrishna Nagar, Housing Board, Berhampur City, Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha – 760002, India.

Registration

When you register we collect your name, email address and country, the plan you choose and whether you chose auto-renew. If you give them, we also collect your trading experience, how you trade, the partner you signed up with and any note you add. We record when you accepted our terms, whether you asked for the newsletter, and the page you registered from. If you arrived through an ad or a tracked link, we also record the campaign details in that link (for example utm_source or an ad click ID).

We use this to issue and check your license key, verify partner signups, support you, and understand which campaigns bring people to the backtester.

Your location and pricing

To show prices in the right currency we use the country that our hosting provider, Cloudflare, derives from your IP address (India → INR, elsewhere → USD). We store that country and the currency with your registration. We do not store your IP address for this.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). Your card, UPI, bank or wallet details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and are never sent to or stored by us. We receive from Razorpay the payment status, amount, currency, payment and order IDs, and the name, email and phone number you used at checkout. We keep these for accounting, renewals and fraud prevention. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to what you give them.

Where it's stored and for how long

Registration and license records are stored with Sanity, the content platform the site runs on. We keep them while your registration is active and for up to 8 years afterwards, for accounting and tax records.

Service providers

• Cloudflare — hosting, security and the country lookup.
• Sanity — content and registration records.
• Razorpay — payments.
• MailerLite — the newsletter, only if you subscribe.
• Web3Forms — the contact form, and an emailed backup of your registration if our database can't be reached when you register.

Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Your rights and grievances

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for tax and accounting). Email polymatongroup@gmail.com — this is also our contact for any privacy grievance. We reply within 2 working days and resolve requests within 30 days.
