Backtester Pro terms

These terms apply to Backtester Pro, in addition to the site's Terms of use. Backtester Pro is provided by Polymaton Private Limited (CIN U62011OD2026PTC055312) under the TradeOnMath name.

The service

Backtester Pro is browser-based software for replaying historical market data and practising or testing trading strategies. It is an analysis and education tool. It is not financial advice, it does not place real trades, and past or simulated performance does not predict future results.

Registration and licence

You must register with a valid email address. Each license key is personal to the registered email, may not be shared or resold, and unlocks the software for the period of your plan. We may revoke a key that is shared, abused or refunded.

Plans and prices

• Partner — free, after we verify a signup made through our partner links.
• 7-day trial — $1 / ₹99, one-off.
• Monthly — $25 / ₹2,500 per month.
• Yearly — $289 / ₹28,999 per year.

Visitors in India are charged in INR and others in USD, based on the country of their connection. The price shown is the full amount charged — no tax is added. We may change prices for future periods with notice; a change never affects a period you've already paid for.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you turn auto-renew off; auto-renew is on by default and you can untick it when you register or turn it off later. The 7-day trial never renews.

Refunds and cancellation

Payments are non-refundable once confirmed, except for charges made in error and payments we can't deliver a working key for — see the Refund & cancellation policy. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Data feeds and features may change. If we discontinue the service, we refund the unused part of any paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass licensing, scrape or resell the data, or disrupt the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for Backtester Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Berhampur, Odisha have jurisdiction.
