Refund & cancellation policy

This policy covers payments for Backtester Pro, a TradeOnMath product sold by Polymaton Private Limited ("we", "us") on tradeonmath.com.

What you're buying

Backtester Pro is browser-based software. After payment you receive a license key (on screen straight away, or by email if it can't be shown), which unlocks the backtester for the period of your plan:

• 7-day trial — $1 / ₹99, one-off, 7 days of access. It never renews.
• Monthly — $25 / ₹2,500 per month.
• Yearly — $289 / ₹28,999 per year.
• Partner plan — free; no payment is taken.

Visitors in India are charged in INR and everyone else in USD, based on the country of their internet connection. The price shown is the full amount you pay — no tax or fee is added at checkout.

Renewals

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you turn auto-renew off. Auto-renew is switched on by default; you can untick it when you register to pay for a single month or year.

Before each renewal you'll get a notification from our payment provider, as Indian rules on recurring payments require. Some renewals — for example a yearly renewal above the limit for automatic charges — may ask you to approve the payment again.

Cancelling

You can turn auto-renew off at any time by emailing polymatongroup@gmail.com from your registered email address, or through the link in your payment provider's messages. Turning it off stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed, including the 7-day trial and any month or year that has started. Turning off auto-renew does not refund the current period.

The only exceptions:

• Charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge made by mistake by our systems, is refunded in full.
• Not delivered — if we can't deliver a working license key for a confirmed payment within 3 working days of you contacting us, that payment is refunded in full.

To report either, email polymatongroup@gmail.com from your registered address with your payment ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take longer to show the credit.
