Shipping & delivery policy

Backtester Pro is digital software sold by Polymaton Private Limited under the TradeOnMath name. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you receive it

• Register at tradeonmath.com/backtester/register/ with your email address.
• Pay for your plan on the secure checkout. For the partner plan, we verify your signup with the partner instead.
• Receive your license key on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it can't be shown there, we email it to the address you registered with within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed. Partner-plan keys are emailed within 2 working days of verifying your signup.
• Activate the key by entering it with the same email at tradeonmath.com/backtester/login/. The backtester opens in your browser at backtester.tradeonmath.com. After that, sign in from the same page (or "Log in" at the top of any page) with the email you registered with.

When a monthly or yearly plan renews, your access is extended; we email you if a new key is needed.

If your key doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. Then email polymatongroup@gmail.com from your registered address with your payment ID. If we can't deliver a working key within 3 working days of you contacting us, that payment is refunded in full — see the Refund & cancellation policy.

What you need

A recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari and an internet connection. A desktop or laptop screen is recommended.
